About the Author
My name is Jay. I’ve had a passion for health since I was 13 years old, and since that time I've experimented with everything health-related - exercise, nutrition, sleep, meditation and mindfulness, you name it. But, throughout my experiments and many experiences with conventional medicine, I found that something just wasn't right.
With a lack of results and many questions still unanswered, I went to the University of Miami to further pursue this passion, where my studies and interests included biology, chemistry, physiology, kinesiology, and nutritional science.
During this time I found that the current medical system is geared towards treating symptoms rather than solving problems, and strips us of our autonomy by suggesting that medications are the only answer. So, after graduating with honors in neuroscience and exercise physiology, I decided not to pursue a medical degree and instead set out on a path to empower people to take their health back.
This course was created from that intention. It includes the information you need to overcome chronic health conditions, feel better, and most importantly, take your health back into your own hands.
